ABOUT
Phoebe Tillem Falcone lives and paints in Los Angeles. An artist since childhood, she received her BA in Art History and Fine Arts from the University of San Francisco. She paints on a wide range of surfaces, from sneakers to canvases to walls.
Her first collection of hand painted sneakers debuted Spring 2017 with Mother Denim. The collection sold out multiple times and was featured on Vogue Paris. Other collaborations include a hand-painted denim collection for Ron Herman Japan, and live-painting events for Vans, UNICEF Next Generation, Victoria’s Secret, Topshop, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Sephora. In 2019 she completed murals in the Tender Greens Headquarters in downtown Los Angeles and at the M.Gemi store in Hudson Yards and their Soho Pop-Up.
Much of Phoebe’s work is inspired by her nature-filled childhood in Northern California and mystical iconography. Her work is indicative of her love of color, natural elements mixed with the surreal, and California style.
You can find Phoebe’s most recent project, a stationery company called Adelfi that she co-created with her sister, Freya, here.
