Phoebe and her sister co-founded Adelfi, a stationery and gift company featuring Phoebe’s artwork and creative direction from 2020-2025. It was known for being colorful and joyful, with hand-painted and hand-lettered details. Adelfi was sold in stores worldwide including Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Magnolia.
